Terms of the Trial Evaluation Period

The Evaluation Period

IEG acknowledges that the Interface Builder product has a higher license mainly because it does more than other generators that we are aware of in the marketplace. In order to help investigate whether the additional capabilities of IB are worth the investment, we offer a trial evaluation period for 30 days without obligation. Simply download it, install it, use it and then decide whether to buy it or remove it.

The terms of the evaluation period are very simple.

ü Download the Interface Builder (IB) product and installed on a PC. The IB product registers itself over the Internet, so the PC on which it is installed must be capable of accessing the web site you are currently reading.

ü The evaluation period is 30 days. (Contact IEG if additional time is needed)

ü Documentation is available from http://www.ieg-ib.com/

ü The IB product can be used to generate

o GUI forms for EAD/LDA or

o ASP forms for Active LINC or

o DHTML forms for IEG’s IEWEBS product.

ü At the end of the evaluation period, IEG would appreciate hearing from you (email) and having you share with us your experience (positive or negative) using the IB product.

At the end of the evaluation period we believe you will want to continue using the IB product but we recognize that there are other choices. So, there are three options available.

ü The IB product has a one-time license fee plus an annual support license fee. IB can be installed on any number of PC workstations. LINC specifications processed by IB are restricted to those LINC specifications owned by the licensee.

ü Discontinue the use of IB by uninstalling the IB software and discard all of the generated output. There is no charge or fees of any kind.

ü You may choose to discontinue the use of the IB product but you may wish to use the output generated by IB whether it was GUI forms, ASP forms or DHTML forms. The cost of each generated form is $50. As an example, if the same form was generated 10 times the cost is $500. If 10 forms were generated once each the cost would be $500.

As previously requested, IEG would like to receive feedback in order to continue the improvement of product features and documentation quality. Your feedback is appreciated. If features are missing that are important to your environment, we would welcome the opportunity in investigating how we can “partner” together in order to implement these enhancements.
